Sure, it was a week after release and it was opening day for another long-awaited British drama, The Father in this case, but crazy even so.

FORMAT: 35mm CONDITION: ★★★½ NOTES: The film started off jittery on the rating card an on the first four seconds of the Fox logo, but the rest of the film was stable. Second reel was the scratchiest when Juliet is first seen in the mansion, changeovers are dirty and often abruptly cut off a second or two of film. A few frames of the lovers in the pool experienced a horizontal spice followed by a quarter-second of loud volume. Other than that, though!
