Toy Story
First dreamt about a 12A-rated CGI comedy released by Searchlight called The Oingoboingo Movie, based on a YouTuber who only existed in this dream. It followed an ordinary white rabbit who gets into an accident that shoves his limbs and torso right up his head, so he becomes a walking head who wonโ€™t stop farting. Young Oingoboingo has some fun with the rabbit, riding on a bike with him, even showing the kids at the playground, one of which is Nancy from the comics of all characters. This reminded me of The Old Man Movie, and lo and behold, I ended up discovering listings for a sequel. I didnโ€™t end up seeing the film, but I did see the climax of a Paramount-produced version of Toy Story that sees an angry, Nimona-esque character engaging in a swordfight with her Ballister-esque dad. She ends up stabbing him and instantly feeling regretful and devastated. A few moments later though, the elder toyโ€™s wound heals and just like that they are flying like Buzz and Woody, even yelling โ€œto infinity and beyondโ€. A talking blanket is a side character in this, and she ends up befriending a purple hedgehog who, as this universe establishes for all animals, can talk. It ended on a Paramount logo designed by a child, and I jokingly remarked how indicative it feels of the creative process behind most modern American movies.
