FORMAT: 35mm CONDITION: ★★★★★ NOTES: New BFI print, my last screening in the Powell + Pressburger season. Aside from the point when we first see Hoffmann and Antonia together, this is practically spotless on its first public run, even though the BFI kind of biffed its presentation (forgetting to dim the backlight, shift the first five reels into position at the start and turn projector B on).
