FORMAT: 35mm CONDITION: ★★★★½ NOTES: For the most part a clean and sharp print, but surprisingly close to a perfect one, as several scenes are overlaid by a single vertical line for a few minutes at a time, two of which pick up dust, while three of the reels are briefly stained by blotches of dirt mere minutes before they end. Also a rather odd print in how some reels end shortly before or shortly after cuts to scenes that would demand a changeover most, and MUBI transferred it from an already subtitled DCP, so to not layer subtitles onto the print feels like cheating?
