FORMAT: 35mm CONDITION: ★★★★½ NOTES: A tremendous National Archive print, a fundamental addition to the Scala season. Counted one instance when the audio would briefly drop, sounds great otherwise and looks absolutely terrific. A few frames during the long shot in which Alex is being tortured with the 9th Symphony had to be restored from a less clean print, due to damage in the negative.
